Borrowing Policy
Attraction passes can be borrowed on a first come, first served basis for a maximum of two (2) days. Passes cannot be reserved or renewed. Call (860) 779-5383 for availability. Late returns will result in a fine of $3.00 per day overdue. Passes can only be loaned to the person to whom the library card was issued. Photo identification may be required. Patrons are responsible for the replacement cost if a pass is lost. Limit one pass per family except when noted.

This library pass can be used to waive the admission fees at those State Parks where admission is charged in order to enter a building or museum, including: Dinosaur State Park in Rockey Hill, Gillette Castle State Park in East Haddam, and Fort Trumbull State Park and Visitor Center in New London.
