Public Computers
Killingly Public Library currently offers free public access to computers for educational and recreational use by patrons of all ages. Children under the age of 14 must have a signed permission slip on record to access internet computers.
Public Internet use is limited to 1-hour sessions at a time. Extensions are always granted when there is nobody waiting for a computer.
Word Processing Workstations are available for Word Processing only and have no time restrictions.
An extended-use distance learning workstation is also available for educational or training purposes only. Advanced Reservations are accepted.

WiFi
A free, public WiFi network is available 24/7 to patrons who prefer to bring their own device. Please note that this is an open public network. There is no firewall for this service. It is the user’s responsibility to take the proper precautions against all online threats. Killingly Public Library is not responsible for any information stolen or damage caused by online threats while utilizing the public network.
Print, Copy, Fax, Scan
A coin-operated color copy machine is available for public use. Printing is available from any library computer. No wireless printing service is available at this time.

AWE Early Literacy Stations
Killingly Public Library has two (2) AWE Early Literacy Stations for children. "The Early Literacy Station™ (ELS), designed specifically for your youngest patrons ages 2-8, features over 4,000 localized learning activities. The fun, interactive and engaging content spans all seven curricular areas: math, science & nature, social studies & geography, reading, art & music, writing & computer skills, and reference."
